How it all fits together

Most restaurants end up with a till from one company, an ordering site from another, a booking system from a third and a spreadsheet holding it together. Every one of them is right on its own, and none of them agree with each other at the end of the night.

Yumee is built the other way round: one set of numbers, whatever the customer touched.

However the order arrives

It lands in one placeinstantly, by itself

And everyone sees it at once

What that means on a Friday night

The kitchen only has one queue. A table order, a delivery order and a QR order arrive on the same screen, in the order they were sent — not three screens the chef has to watch at once.

Your numbers add up without you. Takings, VAT and the end-of-day close count every channel once. No exporting, no matching, no “why is the card total different again”.

Stock knows what left the building. Sell a burger anywhere and the bun comes off the count.

Your staff hours are already in payroll. Clock-ins become timesheets and the pay run, and tips are shared on a rule you set.

You do not have to take all of it

Every part is sold on its own. Start with the till, then add the kitchen display, your own ordering app or staff time and payroll as you need them. Food safety and bookings are launching soon.

What you do not have to do is make those parts talk to each other. That part is already done.

Where your data lives

Everything runs on UK and EU infrastructure, and the data is yours: your customer list, your sales history, your records. You can export it whenever you like, and if you ever leave, you take it with you.
