FOR GROUPS & CHAINS
The problem with a second site is rarely the second site. It is the third: the menu drifts apart, each manager reports in their own spreadsheet, and by the time the numbers agree the month is over. Central control only helps if the branch can still do its job when head office is closed.

Each branch reports in its own format, so nobody sees the group until the month is over.
Comparing branches means waiting for three managers to send three spreadsheets.
A price change reaches some tills late, and some not at all.
One login for every branch — switch between them without logging out
Sales from every branch in one report, with the VAT added up
Compare branches side by side, then open any branch on any day
Each branch keeps its own menu and prices; we copy a menu across when you need it
A manager can be limited to their own branch — we set the accounts up with you
The sales summary for every branch exported in one go, as CSV or Excel
Last week, every branch, on one screen — and the outlier is obvious.
Change it once in that branch. Its tills and its ordering site pick it up together.
It keeps trading on its own. Nothing about service depends on head office being awake.
Every branch’s sales in one export for the group; the accounting journals go out branch by branch.
With two branches you can hold both in your head. With three the drift starts: one site has a dish the others dropped, another is still on last spring’s prices, and the weekly numbers arrive in three formats on three different days. None of that is anybody’s fault — it is what happens when each till is an island.
One login across every branch fixes the arithmetic, not the management. You still decide what the group does; the system just puts every branch’s sales in the same report, so the weekly numbers stop arriving in three formats.
The failure mode of centralised systems is that the branch cannot act when head office is closed. That is the wrong trade. A site keeps trading on its own through the evening — service never waits on the centre.
Each branch keeps its own menu and prices, so an airport site, a seasonal terrace or a franchise with its own supplier can differ where it needs to, and nothing central overwrites it. When you open a new site or change the offer across the group, we copy the menu from one branch to the others for you.
Access is per site. A branch manager can be limited to their own branch — its sales, its staff, its stock — while owners and area managers see across the branches they are given. We set those accounts up with you. It sounds like an administrative detail until the first time someone opens a report and sees a number that was not theirs to see.
The user guide shows what each app does: start with Backoffice and Yumee Metric. To see the screens themselves, book a demo and we will show you on your own menu.
Milk, shots and syrups charged every time, a counter till that goes straight to payment, and every site side by side: coffee shop chains have a page of their own.
Free guides based on official sources: Making Tax Digital, questions to ask before you choose an EPOS, VAT on takeaway food, the tipping law, right to work checks, business rates, data protection and CCTV and fire and gas safety. All of them are on the guides page.
