Logins, returning guests and ratings over 7, 30 or 90 days, and how many guests came back after each automated email. A monthly report lands in your inbox, and we alert you if guests may not be getting online.
Behind the login
Guest data, with consentYour terms and a separate, unticked marketing consent, each saved with the date. Guests can delete their own data, and anyone not seen for 24 months is removed automatically.
Feedback after the visitAn automatic email asks guests how it went, with one reminder — never more than once in 30 days per guest. Your review link can point to Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp, Zomato or HolidayCheck, and a QR code on the table works the same way, with every rating and message in one inbox.
Email and SMSAutomations for a first visit, every visit, a birthday or a guest who has not been back, sent only to guests who agreed to hear from you. Hand-written email campaigns and bulk SMS through your own Twilio account, filtered by how often guests visit, with a test send first. Guests can reply STOP to opt out.
