Last updated: 29 October 2026
This addendum (version v1) is part of our Terms of service and adds to the data processing terms in its Schedule (clause 14). It applies only if you switch on the guest marketing add-on. You accept it signed, by email or in the app, and we switch the add-on on for you only after we have recorded your acceptance. Words defined in the Terms have the same meaning here.
We also process personal data for table bookings and guest WiFi login and, where you switch on the guest marketing add-on, to keep a record of your guests’ marketing choices and send the marketing messages you choose to send.
Your guests, in addition: guest WiFi login details (name, email address, phone number, the device’s network (MAC) address, date of birth if the guest gives it, visit dates and the answers to any questions you add to your WiFi page), booking details (date, time, party size, occasion, requests and dietary or allergy needs the guest tells you), and records of each guest’s marketing choices: for each email address and phone number, whether the guest agreed, declined or withdrew, the wording they were shown and its version, where and when, and the last time they visited or clicked a link in a message.
3A. Guest marketing. Where you switch on the guest marketing add-on:
No new sub-processor is added for guest marketing. Emails are sent through the email delivery provider already used for the Service. Text messages are sent through your own text-message account (paragraph 3A(d)), which is your contract, not ours.
