The till and the kitchen, staff time and guest wifi — with bookings and food safety on the way. One company, and 0% commission on your online orders.

Each product is its own business with its own site — set up and supported by the same team, and you only pay for what you use.
The till, the kitchen, your own ordering site and the card machine — one system, no commission.

ONE SYSTEM
The till, your own website, the QR code on the table and Deliveroo all write the same order. The kitchen sees one queue, the report counts it once, and with Inventory switched on, stock comes down whichever channel it came from.

COMMISSION-FREE ONLINE ORDERING
The marketplaces typically take a large share of every order, often 25–35%, and keep the customer. With your own branded site — app on request — the order lands in the same kitchen, but the money stays with you.

Every bill closed at the till shows up in the app. Open it or pull down to refresh and you see the day’s takings, the split between cash and card, how many tables are open and how many people are sitting — no waiting for a report.

IN THE KITCHEN
An order taken at the till lands in the kitchen straight away. Each table keeps its own card, items are split into starters and mains, and allergen warnings and customer notes sit next to the item. One tap marks an item ready.

Your online orders are yours. We charge for the software and stay out of your margin.
You are not gluing five vendors together. Hours flow into payroll, orders into the same report.
VAT and Z-reports ready for your accountant, staff hours checked against working-time rules, and a guest’s allergy in writing on the kitchen ticket.
One number, one team, people who know your setup.
GETTING PAID
Card, contactless, phone, a link, a QR code or a gift card — all of it lands in the same end of day, reconciled once.

Contactless, chip & PIN, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The card machine can be the till itself.

Email them a secure link; they pay from their own phone. No card reader needed.

Payment on your own site, in your app and at the table — with no commission.

PRICING
Monthly software, excluding VAT. Hardware, installation and card processing are quoted separately — all of it in writing.
Online ordering, the Deliveroo integration, staff tracking and the other modules are priced to your venue.
COMMON QUESTIONS
These are the ones we get asked most, answered straight rather than sold. If yours is not here, ask us and you will get the same kind of answer.
The software is a monthly licence per device, excluding VAT. We do not publish prices yet: call us on 0330 122 7312 and we will tell you what your venue would pay. Hardware, installation and card processing are quoted separately, and we put all of it in writing before you decide.
No. Orders through your own website, your own app and the QR code on the table carry 0% commission. We charge for the software and stay out of your margin — that does not change with your turnover.
No, hardware is quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for. We sell two ready packages — EPOS Elite for restaurants and gastropubs, Tabteck Trio for takeaways and cafés — and we install them for you. A self-service kiosk is coming soon.
Yes, and they are not ours. Card processing is priced by the payment provider, separately from the software licence. We show you the rate in the same written quote as everything else, so there is nothing to discover later on a statement.
The marketplaces typically take a large share of every order, often 25–35%, and keep the customer as theirs. With Yumee the ordering site is yours and carries your name (with a branded app on request), the order lands in the same kitchen on the same screen, and the money and the customer stay with you.
Your own. Your ordering website carries your name, logo and colours, and on request we build a branded iOS and Android app to go with it and submit it to the App Store and Google Play, subject to their review. The Android app costs nothing extra; the iOS app adds only Apple’s annual developer fee. Your customers download you, not us.
Yes, and most venues do at first. Deliveroo orders can be brought onto the same screen as everything else, as an add-on, so your kitchen looks at one place instead of three tablets. Uber Eats is awaiting Uber’s approval. Tell us which apps you are on and we will confirm what we can connect for you before you sign anything. Either way your own channel keeps growing in the background.
You do. The people who order from your site and app are your customers, with their order history, and the list is yours: ask us and we will give you a copy. That is the part the marketplaces will not give you.
Yumee’s PAX card machines come with mobile data, so if your broadband or wifi drops, the card machine stays online and the till on it keeps taking orders and card payments. On a till or tablet that uses your wifi, a short drop does not stop service: your team keep taking orders, kitchen tickets keep printing, and the kitchen screens catch up when the connection returns. Keep that till open rather than restarting it until the connection is back.
Only if you want them. The kitchen display shows each order as it is taken and tracks how long it has been waiting, so nothing is lost under a rail of paper. If your chefs prefer printers, you can run printers, the display, or both together.
Yes. A QR code on the table opens your menu on the guest’s phone. Each guest orders and pays for their own basket there, and the order goes straight to the kitchen like any other, with its own QR orders list on the till.
Yes. Once we link your branches, one login switches between them in Yumee Metric and Backoffice. Backoffice puts the sales from every branch into one report, with the VAT added up, so you can compare branches side by side and open any branch on any day. Stock, Z-reports and accounting exports stay per branch, and each branch keeps its own menu and prices.
Yes. The till’s screens come in English, Turkish, Uzbek, Russian, Spanish and Arabic, chosen in its settings, though some text still shows in English. Receipts print in English for now. Our team speaks English and Turkish, and you can also write to us in Russian, Uzbek or Spanish.
Yes. VAT is split by rate, Z-reports are numbered and locked once issued and download as a PDF, and your accountant can download the figures for Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or FreeAgent. Filing the VAT return stays with your accountant.
When a guest mentions an allergy, your staff flag it on the order, so it prints on the kitchen ticket and shows on the kitchen display instead of relying on someone’s memory. With the Inventory add-on, you record the 14 allergens on each ingredient and print allergen labels built from your recipes. If you keep your allergen information as a document, your ordering site can link to it on the menu’s information page and at checkout, so guests read it before they pay. Food safety records — opening and closing checks, fridge and probe temperatures, date labelling — come with Yumee Compliance, which is launching soon.
It is yours. Sales reports and VAT figures download as CSV or Excel whenever you like, and for anything else — your customer list, your order history — ask us and we will export it for you. We would rather you stayed because the system works than because your figures are stuck inside it.
Us, on 0330 122 7312 — one number and one team, people who know how your venue is set up because they set it up. You are not passed between a hardware company and a software company.
In the UK — High Mesa Ltd, The Charter Building, Charter Place, Uxbridge UB8 1JG. The software is built here for UK venues, so VAT, Z-reports and allergen records are part of it from day one.
