Deliveroo orders on your till
A Deliveroo tablet on the counter means a second screen to watch and every order typed into the till again by hand. With the Deliveroo integration, each order arrives on the Yumee till like any other, and the kitchen works from one queue.
What happens to an order
- It lands on the till. A new Deliveroo order opens on the till as its own ticket, with the items and notes the customer chose, and prints for the kitchen straight away.
- Deliveroo is told you are cooking. When the order is sent to the kitchen, Deliveroo hears that it is in the kitchen.
- And when it is ready. When the ticket is closed on the till, Deliveroo hears that it is ready for collection, so the rider is not left waiting on guesswork.
- Cancelled orders are flagged. If the customer or Deliveroo cancels, the till shows an alert once and marks the ticket in red, so nobody cooks a meal that is no longer wanted.
Orders placed for later are confirmed automatically at the right time, and one till in the restaurant is chosen to handle Deliveroo orders, so a busy site with several tills does not print everything twice.
In your reports
Deliveroo sales sit in the same end-of-day report as everything else, and the accounting export puts them on their own clearing line, so they can be matched against Deliveroo’s payouts.
What stays on Deliveroo
Your Deliveroo menu, prices and opening hours are still managed in Deliveroo’s own tools. The integration brings orders in and sends their progress back; it does not change your menu on Deliveroo.

Setting it up
Deliveroo is a paid module on Yumee POS. We connect it with your Deliveroo location details and match your Deliveroo menu to your till items.
Uber Eats is built in the same way and is awaiting Uber’s approval.
