Your team clocks in and out on the till or on a clock-in tablet, and Clock is the web panel where you manage the rest: live attendance, timesheets you can correct, a rota you can build or have drafted for you, holiday balances that keep themselves up to date, and pay worked out from the hours your team actually clocked — ready for your payroll software or accountant, with tips shared on a rule and working-time warnings.

Who it’s for ​

Restaurant owners and managers. Everyone who signs in sees the same menu, so access is a matter of who you give the login to — and one screen deliberately holds sensitive personal and bank details. Front-line staff do not need the panel at all: they clock in on the till or the tablet, and their hours arrive here on their own.

The one rule the app enforces on itself: a manager cannot sign off a timesheet change to their own shift.

Where your team clocks in ​

Clock in where your team works. Waiters clock in on the same till they take orders on, with their own PIN. The kitchen gets a clock-in tablet of its own, right where the kitchen is, so nobody has to leave the kitchen to start a shift. Use one or both — every hour lands in the same place, ready for timesheets, rota and payroll.

The clock-in tablet does one job:

• Locked to the clock screen — it cannot be used for anything else, and a manager code is needed to leave it.
• Each person’s own PIN — the hours land in the panel straight away.
• Breaks at clock-out — if you track breaks, it asks how long the unpaid break was, offering only lengths that fit the shift.
• Looks after itself — updates arrive on their own.
